well no one makes steel panels you could try mid fifty for a steel roof with the pillars cut from a donor cab is going to be the only way you'll get steel. Mid fifty produces a glass replacement roof, I have still yet to figure out how you attach glass to steel.
They make an expoxy resin to use with the fiberglass/metal and I think there is a panel adhesive that will join them. Might do a google on "panel adhesives" for more info. You might look for another cab that has the lower part rusted away that you could salvage the top. Where are you located hammerhd? Bob's F100's in California sells salvage parts but it would be expensive. Go back into your user CP and add your location.

This is exactly what I am in the process of doing. Had a good floor in my existing cab but the roof was rusted out due to the previous owners idea of using bondo for rust repair. I picked up a cab on craigslist with rusted out floorboards for $300 and am now in the process of combining the two. Best advice is, if you got this route, is to brace, cross brace and brace the braces. the cab will flex a lot when you start taking it apart.
Hammerhd, I have a good roof for 150.00. If you could get up to west Arkansas and cut it off yourself 75.00. Call me at 479 497 2192 if you think I can help you. Jim
