Protective Covering??????

I have a different kind of question ---hope it fits in this section...
I tow a large 37 foot fifth wheel with a 2001 F-350 SD with V-10.. It is a great combo and I love it! ---- Now here's the thing ---when you tow a fifth wheel one tends to get lots of bugs on the front end of the unit --- I would like to find a source for some of that protective plastic covering that Ford puts on their units as they come off the production line to protect them during transport ---you know -- they cover the hood, etc, and are white (that's the ones, I've seen).
I'd like to get ahold of some of this stuff and try it on the front of my fifth wheel....I don't think it will hurt the detailing as they wouldn't put it on the cars/trucks if it did --would they? ---I figure on putting it on before a I hit the buggy road and then taking it off when I get to my destination each trip.... Could it be reused?
Any info/ ideas / thoughts are appreciated.

You probably already tried this, but I would start at the dealer where you bought your SD and get some of the used stuff from them. Find out how they take if off or if it just peels off.

Try using no-stick cooking spray on the front of the 5th wheel. Wash and clean the surface real good, use a rag sprayed with Pam (or some other cooking spray) and wipe on the front of the 5th wheel. The bugs will slide right off using a water hose.

Armor All works well too. Try it on the front of your truck too.
