intermittant rough idle

03 F250 153k 7.3 it seems that sometimes when i come to a stop sign it will idle perfectly then i go and stop again at idle it will shake the whole truck, the motor mounts are good, no oil in the icp sensor, runs good down the road and only happens at a stop in park and drive. no ses light any input would be greatly appreciated it really annoying.

I had similar problem. No CEL but rough idle usually after the truck had warmed up. I hooked up a diagnostic tool and it was showing the high pressure oil to the injectors was low during idle. I replaced the IPR and it runs great now. I picked up a brand new IPR on ebay for about $100.

This sounds like good advice. First check the engine oil level and make sure it is full. If the oil is due to be changed, change it. After that, get it hooked up to a scanner capable of reading live data and watch the IPR duty cycle.
