Well in 10k miles that I have put on my truck so far I have had an oil leak from the the oil cooler gasket, A cracked front engine cover, and leaking exhaust manifold gaskets. Other then that the engine has been running good and I still have left it stock and am happy with the engine performance I hope it stays running good for awhile still

Ya they are really considering I had a few problems with the 02 7.3 F250 I traded in for this 06 . Engine pan oil leak in which the engine had to be removed and the pan resealed. turbo up pipe leak HPOP gasket leak T stat leak. Rear diff cover leak. And few other things to Im sure so all in all the 06 has had less problems then the 02 did both with 60k on them when I bought them. I still have an annoying power steering pump wine. Even after replacing the pump and the Hydro booster. I think It still has air or something in the system. I want to block the EGR at the up pipe and and get a tuner so I can turn off the EGR function and not have the truck go into limp mode and a check engine light come on. But money is tight right now and I cant afford to get all that stuff at the moment. My trucks stock tuned and I never pull anything or even haul anything heavy except a dirt bike or the dirt bike trailer.
