load distributing hitches

I'm moving soon pulling my 28' enclosed trailer and looking at getting a load distributing hitch with sway control to make the pulling a little easier. Has anyone used one of these or have any recommendations for one that worked well and is somewhat user friendly? Also, where is a good place to get them?

Thanks in advance!

"Equal-i-zer" I have a 30' toy hauler had sever sway issues. Tried 3 other hitch setups with the rv dealer. Equalizer and a couple adjustments 0% sway and 100% peace of mind.

The Hensley Arrow is one of the best ones on the market...

Trailer Sway Elimination Guaranteed - Hensley® the ONLY trailer hitch guaranteed to totally eliminate trailer sway.

I have the Equal I Zer brand as well, even if i screwed up the spelling possibly.

Anyways it works awesome.

If you get into rough going, like say towing a travel trailer into a poorly maintained camp ground, or such, like I do regularly.
Then stop and undo the bars and throw them in the truck box though.
Sharp turns, and rough roads are not sway bar friendly terrain.

It largely depends on where you go though.....We camp in the wilderness fairly often, and are good for much of the trip in, maybe just take them off for the last 5 miles or so, then drive out that far before reinstalling them for the return trip.

I have tried them twice, and was not impressed enough to buy one.

My Equal I Zer does just as good a job, and costs 1/7 as much money.

Actually in all honesty my cheapy hitch does better than the hensley on both trailers i used it on.

But its huge, and heavy, so would work awesome for anchoring a boat for fishing for steelheads in a river.
