An issue that I turned with with wheel bearings that I am sure have now infiltrated front end parts:

Counterfeit parts.

Really know who your suppliers are... that means no eBay parts at apparently ridiculously low prices for name brand.

Moog is the name brand with a quality reputation. The other one is a generic house brand. Usually in relation to the question how long do you plan to own the truck.

While recently doing lower ball joints on a car, my first parts source had only 1 ball joint in stock. The next stop, had the other in a different brand. When I went to put them in, one box had another box inside of it which matched the first one I bought, and both ball joints were actually the same manufacture.
