Have you replaced any bulbs lately? I had one where the bulb was twisted in the base, and the wires connecting the filament to the base and center contact touched each other intermittently. Nothing visible, but I finally remembered I'd changed the bulb. New bulb, no more fuse blowing.
I figure you must have some sort of relay for the blower, as 10A would not run most blowers. Take a look at the relay wires, the 'switch' wires rather than the 'load' wires. Unless mechanically damaged or dunked in water, a relay mostly doesn't do 'intermittent'.
The most likely are the wires to the backup lights, as Pablo suggested, as they are the most exposed to 'random' acts of stones, bricks, baseball bats, rocks, tire carcasses and junk on the road. Crawl under the bed and follow the wires down the frame looking for physical damage, and spots where the wires can flop around, touching things randomly.
