I want to add a new stero system to my truck (2000 chevy 2500) but I dont want it to sound but I still want it to be louder/have more boom ect so how many watts should I get and should I get an amp/sub or just replace the stock speakers? Thanks, Tyler.

EDITED FOR LANGUAGE

If you keep posting foul language that the software catches and replaces with ***** you are going to wear your welcome out quick. Consider this your second warning.

Language aside, you have to ask and answer yourself a few questions to really figure out what you need and can do.

1.) What type of music do you listen too?
2.) How much realestate do plan on giving up?
3.) What is the budget you have to work with?
4.) What can my electrical system handle?
