Any idea where can I find the kick down rod for my 460? I got a 750cfm Edelbrock carb with a 460 performer intake,

I ended up finding mine at a salvage yard if I remember correctly.

Thebeautybeast, I did the same as Itsabullet. Try to find one for your model vehicle it is a stock aplication. If it is for a modification, you may have to be willing to bend or modify one. Also, some of the aftermarket places like Summit, Whitneys etc. sell aftermarket ones too, but I didn't want to spend that much money.

Worn out seats

Was looking at swapping my 08 superduty bench seat out, then figured out a great low cost solution folks may enjoy...

Buy a $15 small yoga ball, place under driver seat, inflate until comfy, job done!

CHEERS!

Test fit the new radiator and all went well. Just need to get a sending unit so we can install the fans and shroud. Hopefully making vroom vroom noises soon.

Have some goodies being delivered today to keep me a little busy this weekend. Cabin filter and performance air filter for the Denali, valve cover gasket for the TJ (already have spark plugs, going to do those too with an oil change)

Should be a easy little repairs to get done outside in the mild weather tomorrow, been long overdue for some of these items.

Sure!
I replaced the front brakes and flushed the front brake fluid, but I couldn't get the rear discs off, and ran out of daylight, so I will have to do that next Saturday. I will likely have to reflush the system, because I didn't get a chance to flush the rear brakes, and I think I got an air pocket in it.

Got the valve cover cleaned up, gasket installed (looks like no leaks!), spark plugs changed, oil changed. That's the most work I've got done on the TJ in a looong time. Took it out for a test drive on the highway and noticed a small difference on how it held the uphill drives better now without bogging down as much, hopefully the plugs help my gas mileage too since those have been in the single digits all winter.

Installed the "performance" air filter in the Denali too. Not sure it changed the exhaust note as much as people were talking it up, but I did notice at least 1-2 mpg improvement on the "instant" reading. It switches into V4 mode quicker now too, which typically bumps up the mpg around 4 mpg. Looking to be a decent $25 purchase

Drilled more holes in the frame to install the track bar mount-- going to start on the radius arm brackets tomorrow if the weather holds out.

After watching a bunch of YouTube videos, I have some ideas I can try to use to get my discs off the rear axle. Worse comes to worse, I may cut some relief cuts in it and spray the heck out of it with panther pee to let it soak.

I got them replaced, and was hoping to be done early in the morning, but ran into problems, here and there. I was hoping to have time to go out and hang with the 4x4 club, but after those were replaced, my wife reminded me that the HOA agreed that I had to build a fence in front of the trailer to hide it from view, so I spent the next several hours at Menards buying lumber, and hardware. Now wife wants to go eat dinner, and when I get back if there is any light I need to start assembling the fence.
