Vacuumm Sensors
Good afternoon,
I have a 1988 F250 5.0 and I have a series of vacuum sensors they almost look like relays on the driver side by the fuel rail.The line comes from the intake mainfold to these 3 sensors. what do they do? thank you in advance Andre

They are solonoids, the one at the front is the EVR(EGR Vacuum Regulator), the other 2 are the TAB and TAD solenoids that control the diverter valves in the Thermactor air injection system. You will have a diverter valve down behind the air pump and one behind the motor if it's all original.
