Question Tire Sizes

Sorry to bring this up again but I searched and I'm still not sure.

I have the 285/75/16 BFG Mud Terrains right now but I need to replace them soon. If I get the 2.5" shackle leveling kit what tire size can I fit? 305's 315's?

I will probably get the BFG ATs or Nitto AT's. anyone running the Nittos, like? dislike? Also if you could tell me what your using now I could get an idea of what I should look at.

Sorry about all the questions still a noob...
Thanks,
-Mike

Are those on stock wheels? Not to highjack but I am trying to get a good idea of what sort of prices/sizes I can expect for the truck when I get it.

You can fit 315s. They'll fit on stock wheels but a lot of guys won't recommend it. I'm running 315s on stock wheels. Dick Cepek FCIIs, I really like them.

How much rubbing do you get?

Only a little on a full lock out. It will rub the leaf spring.

Before I put my leveling kit and 4 inch block in the rear, I was running 305's on stock lariat rims with no rubbing at all.

I just put 315s (BFG A/Ts) on my stock rims with a leveling kit.

I had 285s before that and got no rubbing. The 315s will rub the springs on full turn but don't rub the fenders. Though it is very close.....I don't plan on jumping any ditches with them. lol
