Anyone know these guys?
I found a place on-line that has some very inexpensive brake rotors but I am wondering if either the parts or the company are any good. Has anyone does business with Brakepadsandbrakerotors If so, how did it work out for you?
Also, other than pulling the calipers off, is there any way to tell if this truck (6800 lb. GVW) has single or dual pistons in the calipers? The Chilton manual that I have indicates, but does not specifically state, that this truck should have the single piston calipers. I was thinking that only the heavy duty 3/4 and 1-ton trucks with at least 8400 lb. GVW would have the dual piston calipers.
Thanks for any input.

As for your axle weight it should be on drivers door.
Ken... good info on your '83. Will take a look and see what I have.
Stosh... haven't even got that far but will tomorrow.
srercrcr... I can definitely sympathize with that position but am curious as to how you ever get to know someone. This sounds a lot like the old "we only hire people with experience" routine. Well, just how do they ever get that experience? Yeah, I know... somewhere else! lol
kermmydog... I think that I will check them out a bit more and will order if they check out.
The axle weight probably is on the door ID tag but do I need it for anything? My truck has the standard TTB front end and a D60 out back... at least, the gear case has a "60" cast into it, so I assume (correctly?) that it is a Dana 60.
