NUMBERDUMMY, Need ur help...

I pulled off the front axle number plate and cleaned it off, i was wondering if you coud tell me what it means. Thanks for ur help.

First line: 3 50 D9TA ACB
Second line: 610067-2

It's a 3.50 open differential.

D9TA - 1979 Ford Truck. Sounds like it was a replacement.

I don't see a BOM of 610067-2 in the Dana/Spicer parts catalog. :dunno:

Ford ID Number: D9TA-ACB / Dana ID Number: 610067-2

Dana 44-9F / 3.50-1 / non Limited Slip / Free Running Hubs / 3500 lb. Front Axle Capacity.

The truck could be a late 1978, which would explain the 1979 (D9TA) number.
