LAST EDITED ON 24-Mar-01 AT 08:00 PM (EST)[p]I have a few questions about trimming my front fenders to prevent tire contact. First, is the inner fenderwell liner flexible enough to push back and retain? Second, how would I go about finishing off the cut edge? Should I leave an inch or so to bend over, or would something like door edge trim be sufficient?
I'm not real sure if I'll have to do this yet, but I'd rather trim some sheetmetal than fork out $1000 again for new tires.
