compression readings

compression readings
95 302 w/250,000. been having power problems but have been able to build back up slowly but surely. The question I have is this. Yesterday I put a compression guage on and wrote down all the readings.
1-160 5-145
2-160 6-145
3-145 7-152
4-160 8-155
Do these readings sound good for an engine with these many miles? All I'm finding is that the lowest needs to be within 20 or 25% from the highest. It did take 2-3 strokes to get these readings and they all held steady. I'm sure they have worn rings, but it still gets me around fine. No codes what so ever anymore.
