Converting an '84 to '96

I have an '84 that I would like to convert to a '96 (just on the exterior). I've had a late model bed on it for some time now and the fender well mismatch has always bothered me. Has anyone pulled this off or know of anyone that has. A website maybe? I've heard the hardest thing might be the front bumper since they attach to the frame completely different.

it shouild be pretty easy since there isnt much differnce between the 80-96 model years. it aint gana be as easy as putting in parts of the same body style but its possible. check out the bolting locations of the fenders you want to put on then compare them with the fenders you got on you migth have to improvise and drill some new holes so it can bolt up. same goes with the grill assembly. the hood shouild be the esyest part of the project the doors will fit no problem becouse they have the same general shape of that body style. its gana take a little improvising but if thers a world theres a way good luck!

Hi, as long as you get a complete nose it will bolt right on this includes the rad. support it will still not look quite right because the cowl vent was different starting in 1987 but it will be real close and from 92-96 are the same so you don't have to limit yourself to a 96 frontend. John
