Not sure yet. I am going to try and call them today and see what we are looking at.

hopefully we can get an approval from Dave and someone from the administration side in time-to get-r-done

if not we will have no Banner for the 28th

No, we will have a banner... I see no reason why we can't print that. I just took a look at the chapter rules and it says nothing about the creation of promotional items for chapters. It might say something different in the CL section but we don't have access and our CL is MIA. I'm not going to let a busy CL get in the way of getting this done. It has just about been a year already and we need to do something. Meeting and whining about chapter membership is not productive and it doesn't bring in more members.
Besides we will look like any other two-bit group if we go down there and don't represent.

Yeah buddy! Turn around is less then a week in a perfect world. Full color proof the same day before 3PM. Approve that morning and it gets shipped out UPS that evening from NY. If I submit today we can get the banner making process rolling so we have it for the 28th.

One suggest would be to put MARYLAND CHAPTER where Ford Truck Enthusiast is now located.

But that's me, I like to emphasize the chapter name.

Ah, there it is. I knew it had to be somewhere. What are the reprecutions if I printed and used material not approved by IB?

I will go out on a limb and say it's OK!

Chapters are having issues getting designs that use Ford copyrighted material, like the Ford Blue Oval.

Ok cool... new assignment. MIR is giving us some promo time. We need to come up with a 10-15 second spot we can give the announcer letting everyone know we are there. Any takers?
