if they want to warrenty it... paperwork says 1-2 yr warrenty.. so they could say "nope expired its a yr old"... but some ways i wanna wait and see if i get that job with dad and if i do i could get that optima i want...

That sounds like a plan...

You should be able to live with the battery for a while seeing the cold weather is leaving..

yeah... i just gotta charge it after cold nights... theyre still calling for a couple days of low temps... but no biggie...

dad got an interstate battery this time... few more amps in it too.. last one was only 675 ca and 550 cca.. this ones 815CA and 650 CCA..

first time ive had an interstate battery but have heard theyre pretty good dependable batterys...

Interstate batteries are good... The more amps will make a big difference for you also..

My Uncle who worked for an Auto parts place told me that it doesn't really matter what name is on the outside of the battery.. There are only 2 Companies that make the batteries..

Kind of like the early VCR's they were basically all made by jvc just rebranded..

yeah im hoping they will too cuz it always felt like it was struggling to turn that engine over...

ohh i can believe it... but i personally think it makes a difference in quality sometimes depending on how much ya wanna pay... when i found the paperwork on the original one hed only paid 40 bucks for it.. and when he tried to exchange it they didnt carry it anymore.. hence why he got an interstate one this time... same time even if they are made by the same companys i know with a couple of the mfg companys ive worked int theyll change they quality in how they build stuff for different companys...

theres a bunch of stuff still made like that.. alot of the hard drives in the computers these days are re-branded...
