what to do?

okay as ya'll know i have a 1991 F-150 (thought i was a 1990 but title says 1991) with the 300/auto its 2wd reg cab and a long box. here is what i wanna do;

convert it to a 5 speed stick
fix all the body work, this means all the bolt on body parts they all are dented and will need to be replaced
put the 95 F-150 front end on it
give it either a 4" or 6" 2wd lift
i would like a flat bed but idk yet
also the 300 is runing like crap it has 30 psi in the fuel lines with both tanks, and will need the coil replaced
my questions is should i just junk my $400 truck or build it up cause everything that needs to be replaced i will be changing out anyways

Sell it and buy a '92-96 F150 that already has a stick in it and a better body. Get one with 4x4 so after the lift and tires you'll have a truly useable truck. Swapping from stick to auto is a pain. It'll just be easier that way, especially since you're still at the beginning.

Also, post some photos of the body damage.
Most people don't realize what they can fix themselves!

LOTS of car lots on hwy 99!!! I would go shopping you could travel 99 for 2 weeks checking lots and still not have enough time to see them all.. There is just too big of a selection to not find what you are wanting.
The want ads can help but those dealers can't afford to list all their rigs, thing I like is they will haggle on the price and terms and it don't take more than 20 min. not 4 hrs. like big dealer lots... At least look before you decide..MHOP.
