Oh no... another egr thread
Ok heres my question, if I block off the up-pipe hole & add the egr eliminator in the link below, will that eliminate any flashboil issues & keep anti-freeze out of the block if the cooler was to blow? seems to me the easiest way to go. Thanks.

For about $0.25 you buy a metric freeze plug to drive into the up-pipe, unplug your EGR and add a tack weld so it never opens 
I pulled my up pipe and completely eliminated the feed tube to the cooler, I use the cut off end to cap the EGR cooler.
