Hydro Assist/Steering Problems..

Hydro Assist/Steering Problems..
Hello,
So today. I get my truck decked out to work and he drops it onto the ground. I jump in start the truck up and back it up it has no power steering/hydro assist so all I can do is go forward and back. So I back it into a stall and go back to work. I come out and notice it pissed all PS Fluid pinkish crap all over the diffs and ground.
So I pop the hood look at the fluid level its full but the truck wont steer. It will go left very slow and slugish but will not turn right at all no matter what. If you listen carefull you can hear hear it girgling. I dont know how to fix.
Any tips would be great.
