Hey I am planning on doing the paint and body work on my truck relativly soon the problem is that i dont have a garage that the complete truck will fit in. I was wondering if it would be ok to take it apart and do it piece by piece and then do the cab outside will the paint match ok i plan on painting it black. It doesnt need to be show quality but i want it to look nice. Are there any paints that are easier to work with than others?? this is my first project but hopefully not the last

Some actually prefer to do it that way. It allows you to get into places you might not be able to reach otherwise.
I don't have a garage, so I bought one of those enclosed carports and it's working great.
By the way, when I painted the fenders off the truck I painted the inside as well to help prevent rust.
Everything should match if you mix it about the same, you should use atleast 1.5 gals to get good coverage and then use a buffer to blend in any mistakes if needed.
