Stupid Question????

What is this infamous "bedpan" that I hear people constantly having trouble with and where is it located?

Is it the engine oil pan?

I'm sorry for the dumb question, I just don't know and would like to.

yes....like i said....stupid question. I'll have to look at it when I get home the pages are blocked at my work.

It sounds to be an extensive repair.
