Well what was your swap time?

I usually lay the new pump beside the truck, put each bolt in the correct hole as I remove it.
When the pump is off, I transfer the bolts from the new pump to the old one.
Then start with assembly.

Haven't put it back together yet, but to get it all part, cleaned up and ready to put back together was about 2-1/2 hours (taking my time)

That's a good method, I've done similar, but usually manage to drop or knock it over and scatter bolts everywhere. The beauty of the carboard box is that since I poke smaller holes than the bolt diameters and then force them into the holes, they don't fall out so easy if I butterfinger and drop it or end up kicking it over...
