I own an irrigation contracting company. The truck spends 90% of its life hooked up to a trailer of some sort, and about 95% of its life with crap in its bed.
I own a finish carpentry contracting company. My truck is hooked up to a trailer everyday. One night last year we got nailed with 20" of snow, when we showed up at the jobsite the driveway was full of snow and drifts. The house was 3,000 feet from the road..... backed the trailer right up to the garage. >sniff< one of the proudest days of my life! >sniff<
I'm a Union Electrician that's managing the Fire Alarm/Security division of our company here. My F250 sits at home unless I need to tow the travel trailer,or pick up a bed full of lumber, etc. I do drive it on the weekends when the family and I go anywhere. Since I drive everywhere-I like it more than driving the wife's Navigator, plus we're trying to keep the mileage down on the Navigator by sharing the driving between it and the F250.

I am a Civil Technologist durring the week, so the truck hauls my survey geer around to construction sites and ahead of contractor sometimes too. Durring the weekends; it takes me fishing (from shore or 12' aluminium or 17.5' lake boat), hauls my sleds up to the mountains, pulls the horses to various trail heads and pastures.
I do heating/ac and plumbing... Use the truck after hours. Pulls the boat any trailer heck anything you can tie to it. Used to have a lot of tranny problems.... But then I also used to have a chevy halfton..... So far more power same milage and bigger better truck. --04 f250cc 4x4 psd. Will be my full time work truck in a year or two.
Career Navy Senior Chief by day AND night. Dad and husband the rest of the time. Mechanic and general contractor whenever I find a few extra minutes not taken up by the previous two.
My truck makes the 60 mile round trip to work every day, hauls whatever I ask whenever I ask it to, and every weekend I can free up it takes the clan to the desert for some well-deserved time away and some great exploring (gotta make sure the 4x4 works on a regular basis, right? ).
I've only had my rig for a year and a half and I've already put 30K on the odometer, and I was smiling from ear to ear for every foot of it!
I'm an IT technician and I use my E350 van for work hauling tools and computer components. The Excursion occasionally get's driven to client sites but it's mostly a daily driver and also pulls our car trailer and our travel trailer.
I'm retired! Spent 25 years in the Air Force and saw all of the world outside of the US that I ever care to! My truck tows my BassCat Pantera Classic & my 30' Trail Cruiser travel trailer (not at the same time..but it could). It also hauls me, my wife, my daughter, and Nick (our 100lb rotty/shepard).
I'm clergy.
I'm buying a Super Duty to replace a Ranger. I need the truck to haul people and gear to various events. I also like to hunt/fish/camp/4wheel when I get a day off. The Ranger is really a two seater, extended cab or not. It's great off-road, and the bed fills up quickly if you have a toolbox.
I'm a Ford guy at heart. I wanted a truck instead of an SUV because putting a dead deer or hog in the back of an SUV didn't seem very appealing. Plus, it's hard to find a Ford SUV (or truck) with a manual transmission these days. The Super Duty fit the bill for me!
Mine sits in the driveway during the week. (have a POS chebby van the Co. has me drive) On weekends it hauls my butt and the family 4wheeling and to the beach for fishing. Tows others out of bad spots...lol
