I posted recently about a noise coming from the passengers side dash. I'm still trying to find it and was wondering if anyone knows if there are any moving parts up in there (fan etc...). Noise seems to be right behind the glove box.
i think the fan motor is kind of in that area i don't know if its that high. try running your fan and then shut it off if it goes away than thats the problem
Mine has recently started making a noise like fluid moving between chambers. Almost like a bathtub draining, but not constant, just comes and goes - seems to be more when I turn the truck off. Not getting any fluid in the vehicle so I am assuming it is just the heater core. Could your noise be similar?
Also, you could remove the dash cover for the air bags and have a look down in there - it comes off very easily if I remember right.
I think I've heard the same liquid noise you're talking about. Mine does it too, but like you said, only when I turn off the truck. If I remember right, I think it only does it after the AC has been on. Anyway, the noise I'm chasing right now isn't the same.
I saw a few electrical connectors under the dash that I might try disconnecting and see if the noise stops.
