I don't know if anyone makes grilles with fog lights in them or not, I haven't seen any, but it wouldn't be hard to fit some into your current grille yourself. You could get a pair of small fog lights and mount them in the grille. It might be easier to remove the grille to install them. Or, you can remove the grille and just mount fog lights behind the grille, which looks pretty cool. I just drilled a couple holes in the top of my bumper and mounted them there, but lights in or behind the grille would look cool too, I have thought about it before.

I have seen some fog lights installed in the rectangular holes in the grill, some of the kits at the parts stores are the perfect size. I have been thinking about doing it myself. They would probably end up in the lower row of holes a couple in the way I'm picturing it. I think even the Ford installed fogs where under the bumper, but I have never personally seen one, only a picture of the switch posted on here.
