What am I missing
Freind of mine has a 93 e150 with a 351 in it. It sits more than it should. Not to long ago in the bad cold spell we had he wanted to use it it started, stopped. restarted stopped again and refused to restart. He has spark, 40 psi fuel pressure, compression 120 to 150 psi on the few cylinders sampled. Voltage at injectors seems low like 2 volts. Someone help me out, this thing is outside and it is still damp and windy here, at 71 I don't want to chase ghosts. Thanks from Pa. kotzy

Check the starter relay and make sure you have power going to it and power coming from it (energized). Sometimes the relay will freeze up (rusty) or mice will actually eat the wires because the wires are close to where the heater box is that they like to live in.
