rough-missing after warmup - under power
Once the truck warms up, it appears to be missing under power... The transmission was replaced 6 months ago, new fluid, no burning smell.. shifts fine. missing in any gear, (automatic AOD).
Replaced cap and rotor as it was bad. Replaced the throttle position sensor - error codes 31 & 63.. reset .. no check engine codes since. removed throttle body and cleaned. tightened the mechanical return spring.
Was noticing a hesitation type light clunk at first acceleration, like a u-joint, but they seem tight. this only occurred at the first shift from park, then all seemed well. After this started, engine was running fine.. seemed to start missing a month after this was noticed.
Pulled a plug - worn, but clean.. will check the others... appears to be losing anti-freeze, but no leaks found..
Truck has 190K on original engine. Emissions testing clean at last check.
302 EFI, California emissions.Replaced the Ignition Module 5 years ago, when it died altogether, 2nd time this happened..
Does this sound like a Head Gasket?

Try this, fill the radiator up to the neck and with cap off and engine at idle look for a steady stream of bubbles and also look for an exhaust gas smell.
Another thing you may want to consider is doing a compression test, maybe depending on what all the plugs look like.
