Vin# --- help!
I've got a '67-'72 bumpside Short Box with VIN# F10ALC93731.
All I've been able to determine via a thread 'search' it is:
F10 = F100, 2WD
But what does the rest mean?
A = ?? Engine Code
L = ?? Maybe Plant Code ??
C = ?? Maybe plant code of Ontario, Canada ?
5 digit consecutive build order.......
Questions:
What year was the truck built?
What size engine did it have as OE?
What assembly plant was it built at?
Thanks in advance, Guys!!

P.S.
It would be easier to ID if it had a front grill, if it had the side chrome emblems, however, much of the front clip is gone as is much of the trim and tail lights.

The anodized aluminum grille used on the 1969 Ranger is unique to that model only.
Your truck originally had 1 1/2" wide side mouldings.
All 1967, 1968's before serial number C56,001 have side mouldings that are 1 1/4 inches wide.
1968's after serial number C56,001, all 1969's have side mouldings that are 1 1/2 inches wide.
The hood side emblems are the same 1968/72. 1967 is different.
The hood, fenders, radiator support, grille support panel, lower gravel shield are the same 1967/72.
The headlamp assemblies and bezels, parking lamp assemblies are the same 1967/69.
Basically, any 1967/72 front clip will bolt on. 1970/72's used different grilles, headlamp assemblies and bezels, different parking lamps.
