Don't quote me but I think the '04 with the PI heads was 305 hp and 420 tq. Before the PI heads, IIRC it was 275 hp and 410 tq. The three valve went to 362 hp and 457 tq.

2000-2004 F-series 2-valve was 310HP, 425ft/lbs torque. The 305HP/420ft/lbs was in the E-series vans.
For the V10, the best years are basically 2003-2004 model years in terms of spark plug threads.
For clarity:
2000-2004 F-series trucks (Superduty):
310 HP @ 4250 rpm and 425 ft/lbs @ 3250 rpm.
1999 F-series trucks (Superduty):
275 hp and 410 ft/lbs
E-series, 1997-1999:
265 hp and unknown torque
E-series, 2000-up 2-valve motor:
305 hp and 420 ft lbs
