Build and price accuracy
Steamlining production is good business, capturing as much money as possible will keep them in business. For instance, there is a fella that posts here often that wants a bright red Plat. He can't have it. Why?

Then I searched the 3 big areas of Texas (DFW, Houston, SA/Austin), also known as truck country :-) but I could not find such a truck.
I would contact a dealer -- they can search all of the U.S. for that truck. The "big" dealers, e.g., Autonation, will automatically transfer the truck. (For an independent, the other dealer would have to agreed to trade and then there's the transfer fee.)
The option, 20" wheels, though does strike me as something a dealer could do with ease. While not exactly a popular truck, when equipped with 18" wheels, I found at least 4 instances in each of those Texas markets. I found one with 17" wheels at Northside Ford in San Antonio.
I think Ford is holding back SuperCabs, at least in Texas. It seems at least half of the dealers I visited had 0 Scabs. Those that did, had many fewer than Super Crews or Regular Cabs.
For me it was great as I was looking for and bought a 09 Screw. I could not be happier.
