I'm not positive on your truck, but most have 3 bolts holding the hinge to the door and 3 bolts holding hinge to the cab.
Is this a bolt that threads into the door or cab? either way it sounds stripped. You may have to drill and tap and step up to a bigger bolt. Or, if the other 2 are holding solid, they probably would be enough to hold it tight.

You will have to loosen the bolts that hold the hinges to the cab,(top & bottom)
you should be able to push the top of the door forward, this may take several attempts, to get it to fit just right.

Definetly a good job to have a buddy help out with.

If the bolt that is turning is in the door then you can replace it with a bolt and nut. Most of the door side nuts are captive but do adjust. if its the bolt in the cab side....well it sounds as if the captive nut is shot. The above advice is correct 2/3ds of the bolts will hold the door. If the door is hitting along the top of the window in the rear corner by the cab then the bottom hing needs to be adjusted SLIGHTLY ...basically you are rotation the door to the right.
