If it is the pins that are stuck it will require taking off the caliper mount and heating the pins to remove. I have found that installing a new set of pins last longer than lubing the old pins. BTW, I have always had to use the blue tip to loosen the pins, the propane torch doesn't have enough BTU's to do the job.
If the pins are free I would look at the caliper pistons and rubber seals around the piston, if one is tore and the piston is stuck you might as well get a couple of rebuilt calipers for her.
