need some dp help

cant seem to get on jodys website and i cant remember how to work the no start tune. i lost the little blue slip with the instructions on it. im driving to a couple not so nice places today and would like to use it. if anyone has the number or the sequence please let me know. please IM me the sequence or jodys number so i can get it working again. thanx
