Ok havent drove it in a month. Was a daily driver before. Went about 20 miles, and started to decend down hill. Went to give it gas and it bogged nearly died. If i let off and just barley gave it gas it would go. When I stoped it ran really rough. If i gave it gas it would run like it had a miss or a bad Spark plug. I let it idle for a few and it died. I checked the cap and rotor on the distributor and it still looks new. After it sat for a few minutes I restarted it and it ran fine. Drove back home no problem. Is there a sensor going bad?
I also noticed that when I started it, it didnt idle up like usual and then drop down. It just started at normal idle speed when this happend.
sounds like your Idle Air Control Motor is on its way out, you may be able to remove it (2 8mm Bolts) and clean it with throttle body cleaner to get by for a while, they get gummed up with carbon pretty regularly
Depending on the weather and what not. The distributor may have had some moisture in it. The IAC may be gummy. There are several things that could have happened. Does it run right now?

Where is this located? I have an '88 E-150 and ti does this sometimes, I'd like to get in there and clean it out.
Thanks

Well, I have not drove it since it happened. Ill drive it tomorrow and see if it does it again. I'm in the Midwest so moisture could be it.
