I'm not running the Silverstar lights in the F-350
I'm running them in my F-150.
As for the combo switch, that might be the one in question.
I will have to try jumpering the wires the next chance that I get to determine if that is the problem.
Awhile back I had weird headlight problems on my 00' truck. To make a long story short I had to replace both of the lamp sockets. Inspect the sockets for any corrosion and replace them if bad, My .02 cents.
