bed removal or fender replacement
i have a 90 f-250 with the an 8 ft bed with dual tanks and one of my rear fenders and my tail gate is pretty smashed up. i was wondering what would be cheaper/ easier??? replacing just the fender and gate, or just trying to find another bed . i am not familar with body work, so i really have no idea what to do, and my friends are giving me conflicting info. but if someone could steer me into the right direction i would appericate it

Well, if it was me and ya got from $300 to $800 bucks laying around, I would go find me a nice used or take off bed. Nice easy job to get on and off, no headaches and will be easy to paint to match your cab.
A bed side will cost ya about $ 150 to $200, and a whole lot of work.
Last bed I bought was for my 99SD, picked it up for $650, which was a smoking deal if you ask me.
