Big Fluid Change

Just rolled 117,000 miles yesterday and it's time for a big fluid change. I'm changing motor oil, transmission fluid, rear diff fluid, coolant, and fuel filter. What I need to know is quantities of fluid, fluid weight, and preferred brands and where I can find them.
-Thanks,
Chris

Engine oil= 14 quarts, must be diesel rated oil ie. Rotella 15w40 or synthetic 5w40
Punch a hole in filter before you remove it, much less mess.
Fill the oil filter before you install it.

Transmission= 16-20 quarts. Mercon 3 or 5 (synthetic blend)Use the dip stick for an exact measurement. Drain the torque converter and flush the cooler an lines too!

Rear diff= 7.5 pints (4 quarts) 80-90 Gear oil or 75w140 Synthetic

Coolant= 23 quarts. Diesel rated, must contain Supplemental Coolant Additive (SCA) or add it yourself...4 pints. RMI-25 <---CLICK or equivalent. Now is agood time to change your thermostat to a 203F<---CLICK, also get a new housing <---CLICK, they almost never seal up the second time.

What about if you have a straight gear trans?

Do you use the same auto trans fluid and how much is required?
