Found my trouble....
So I finally got my codes pulled after all the stumbling hesitating and I was told that I have a bad TPS and a bad SPOUT Connector. Where can I get a spout? I know where there is a used one......but how would I test it?

The spout connector is nothing more than a jumper. Chances are that the connector is corroded or not making good contact or the circuit has a broken wire. It is used when timing an engine using a timing light. The spout connector (plug) is removed the engine timed and the connector is replaced. It is a small grey connector the size of the end of a finger. It is only a jumper wire in plug form.
