To answer your question..... yes. I know the sheet metal will swap on the F150's, and I don't really see why it wouldn't for the F250's or F350's of that year, since they all used the same. You'll need (from the '92): radiator support, fenders, grille, headlights, bumper, and (I believe) the hood and cowl panel. Double check on those last two, as I'm not 100% certain. Everything from the doors back will retain the same appearance as the '92, with the exceptions being trim items such as bodyside moldings and possibly the tailgate plaque. (The sheet metal and body lines will be the same).
