Anyone ever perforn this on their turbo to eliminate vane sticking?
I hear these vehicles with the VGT are notrious for sticky vanes. Now that the vehicle is never going back to a dealer, I would like to hear from the 2004 PSD owners...........
What are the most important things I can do to my truck to eliminate the problems this motor is plagued with.
So far I plan to do:
EGR COOLER DELETE or plug if not cracked
EGR DELETE
CCV REROUTE
Is there anything else I can do aside from the headstuds?
Thank you (forgot to mention I have 4" exhaust, AFE intake and Quadzilla standalone gauge monitor)
Just like it was mentioned, the list could be endless, but like LIV said, I'd go back to factory air filter, and do the Coolant filter for sure. The CCV reroute also a good thing...
