found a cab how

found a cab for my 69 f100 short bed, any ideas
on how one person can lift it off the old truck to a trailer
so i can get it home:-X11

I'd start by removing the bed, then I'd get some moving blankets and roll it on it's back then slide it back and work it side to side down the frame until it was at the back of the frame. then slide it onto the trailer/other truck.

The back side is easier to slide on and the blankets will help prevent damage.

Removing the bed will be harder than taking the cab off but unless you remove the front end and motor that is what needs to be done. To get it off the frame clamp 2 2x6's to the frame to form a ramp and then just wlak the cab down by shifting if from side to side. I did it this way and my father and I removed and reinstalled it several times while trying to fit check things and it was pretty easy.
