05 stalling
i have been having troubles with my 05 f150 4.6 stalling out on me ill be in a drive thru and give it gas to move up a bit and the idle will drop and truck shuts off.. what could this be. thank you

mine had a code for a faulty iac (idle air control) valve. but these trucks dont have an iac because of the electronic throttle body.
what kind of air filter are you using. my problem was caused by using a k&n. it still let fine dirt through and thats what clogged the tb up.

get rid of that k&n. i would go with the volant air intake. i currently have that on my 5.4. i check my throttle body a few weeks ago and its still spotless. and i work in a dusty pipeyard, have had mud up inside the filter box and all but nothing has got through the filter besides air.
