so after reading and searching on here im wondering if it could be my glow plugs another question i have is whats the average life span on yellow top optimas
Have you tested the batteries? The PCM must see 10.5v while cranking for it to tell the injectors to fire. I always get motorcraft 850 CCA. I think I am going to need another set soon.
If it is not turning over at all it could be the starter solenoid. Have you checked to see if you are getting juice to the starter with the key on? Check all connections are good and clean and check fuses. Also, you can try to start it in neutral. There is a a relay for the starter.
it does crank over i didnt have a chance to work on it today but tommorow im gonna pull the batteries and have them tested i was also reading up on the gpr relay i did check all fuses and they were all good it just cranks over but it wont fire up after a 12 hour shift im beat and its dark out so im gonna tear into it in the morning
