I got quotes about 2 years ago in the $1200 to 2500 range but it depends on if you want the frame blasted too and if your going to take it all apart for them.
The hardest part is removing all the parts like the bed, cab, engine etc...
If you just want the outside parts done, I'm guessing in the $500 - 700 range.
make sure the know how to blast thin body metal as it can warp easily if you use the wrong media. Most don't like to use sand on a body.
