Tailgate help ??!!

Hey guys, This is Sedrick again. I need help finding a new tailgate for my 2000 F250 SD. Mine is rusted out on the bottom. Can anyone recommend a parts source? Is the aftermarket one just as good as one from the dealer? How much should I pay? Is there one out there that is fully assembled or do I have to use the hardware from my old one?

I sold my '08 gate (sorry, no step) to a local body shop. The last time I spoke to them they still had it. If you are near central Ky. you may want to give them a shout.
