Okay ... so yesterday I was driving home from work, and after 10 minutes of driving, the "Engine Temp" light came on (the light below the "Glow Plug" and "Water in Fuel" lights). I looked at the temperature guage in my instrument panel, and it shows that I was barely above the C mark. When I got home, I popped the hood, and didn't hear any sizzling or see any smoke of any kind.
This morning, the same thing happened. My commute is 15 minutes total, and after 10 minutes, the light came on again. What exactly does this mean? Is my guage just broken and the engine is really not just over the cold mark?
I'm beginning to think that this truck realliy likes my hands being on it. LOL
