Question about edge attitude with juce

I posted this but haven't gotten much in the way of a response. I have a 04 psd I am looking at buying a edge box for gauges. It is a juice with attitude. It has the thermocoulpe and is less than 2yrs old I'm getting it for $200 my question is will this work for my truck as guages if it came out of a 06-07 truck? I have a x2 and am running spartan tunes currently but am curious as to what the egts are

I wouldnt recommend switching....From all the research i've done on here everyone is comming from edge products and going to SCT Don't go in reverse

I am using the sct x2 and the cheapest set of gauges that seem like they would be usable ie (edge insight $300+ or glowshift $300+) so I can save a hundred dollars get basically a edge insight which I could possibly sell at a later date and not use the edge tuning.... That way I will be using a x2 and have gauges

If you are only wanting to use it as a guage, I don't see why it would not work. The only question I have is that if you are running the tune that you are running and don't want to use the Edge as a chip, how does the display on the Edge get it's power. I know it will fit from the 06-07 truck. Not sure how the tunes work (I personally have the same Edge chip you are looking at and love it) or if they would work if you had the edge plugged in and set on stock. Someone in here will know for sure though. Hopefully this just gives you a boost and keeps you on the front page for a bit. Good luck

I have been using the edge juice as a monitor only, it works fine and saves me money since i do not have to go out and buy gauges.
