New Shocks and Lift?

Here's my problem and question.

I have a 1999, F250, XLT, Superduty, V10, 4x4. I purchased this truck a few months back and want to put some new shocks on. The problem is it seems to have a small lift on it and I am unsure which shocks to buy.

I measured the shocks center to center for both back and frt. They are 18" on the front and 25" on the back. This is on the truck. The front leaf spring has no block between it and the axle, but the back does.

How can I determine the lift so I can get the right shocks? I am considering the Skyjacker Nitro 8000's. I don't do a lot of off road but do have a Fifth Wheel travel trailer.

Thanks for your help.

these trucks come stock with blocks in the rear. for a 250, if the rear block is 2", it is a stock truck. and i would go bilstein before skyjacker. plus, if you check, i am pretty sure sure bilstein's are buy 3 get the 4th free until the end of april
